Business eSIMs - Terms of Use


1. Important information about our role

This document (the Terms of Use), the Business Terms and the Titan Terms set out the legal agreement between you (the Revolut Business Customer), and Revolut Ltd (Revolut/we/us) for data plans with eSIM provided by 1GLOBAL (eSIM Data Plans) made available through the Revolut Business app (the Revolut app). It also sets out other important things that you need to know.

We, Revolut Ltd, market and facilitate the provision of eSIM Data Plans as an agent of 1GLOBAL Operations (Netherlands) B.V. and its group companies (TP Global Operations Limited, 1GLOBAL Operations (France) SARL, TP Germany Operations GmbH, 1GLOBAL Ops (Spain) S.L., TP Poland Operations Sp. z o.o. and TP Italy Operations S.r.l.) (each 1GLOBAL), depending on the country linked to your Revolut Business account. 1GLOBAL is the service provider of the eSIM Data Plans. We also act on 1GLOBAL’s behalf to provide certain administrative assistance throughout the lifecycle of the eSIM Data Plans.

eSIM Data Plans are only available to individuals who are Authorised Persons (as set out in the Business Terms) who have been enrolled into Titan (Titan Users). You are responsible for ensuring that your Titan Users comply with these Terms of Use. By enrolling users into Titan, you are entering into an agreement with 1GLOBAL (the 1GLOBAL Terms of Service), which can be accessed here. Please read this carefully to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions applicable prior to enrolling Authorised Persons into Titan.


2. What is an eSIM offered through the Revolut app?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card downloaded onto a device. Through an eSIM, Titan Users can connect a device to mobile networks around the world without needing to change physical SIM cards.

An eSIM provides data coverage. It does not provide voice coverage or a local phone number. Titan Users can use their eSIM for data roaming, while still using any existing SIM for voice.


3. Accessing a Titan Data Plan through the Revolut app

Each month Titan Users will have access to a 30 day 10GB eSIM Data Plan (“Titan Data Plan”) with global coverage, which they can activate on one of their devices in the Revolut app. If a Titan User does not activate the Titan Data Plan in any given month, it will be lost.

Titan Users can only use the Titan Data Plan where we have detected they own a device which is compatible to use the eSIM. Titan Users must ensure their device is not carrier locked.

The Titan Data Plan can only be used on the device that the Titan User activates the eSIM on (it cannot be used on another device, even if the Titan User has downloaded the Revolut app on that device).


4. Downloading your eSIM and activating your Data Plan

After a Titan User has activated the Titan Data Plan, 1GLOBAL will provide an eSIM for the device used to activate the Titan Data Plan. Once the eSIM is ready the Titan User will be able to install this from the Revolut app.

Each time the Titan User activates a Titan Data Plan in the Revolut app, we let 1GLOBAL know and they will activate a corresponding data plan for the device’s eSIM.


5. Using the Titan Data Plan

To allow the Titan Data Plan to function as intended, Titan Users should ensure that their device settings are configured correctly using the instructions provided within the Revolut app.

An active Titan Data Plan will connect automatically when a Titan User is in a country included in the plan and has network coverage.

Titan Users can track connection status and the remaining data available on the Titan Data Plan within the Revolut app.

1GLOBAL provides its service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In the event that we suspect fraud or misuse in respect of the Titan Data Plans, the Titan User and/or your access to Titan Data Plans may be suspended. 1GLOBAL may also suspend their service in certain circumstances. 6. Data Protection

Only you have a direct relationship with Titan Users. You are therefore responsible for ensuring that Titan Users are made aware of, and are familiar with, the provisions regarding the processing of personal data as detailed within this section.

Revolut and 1GLOBAL are acting as independent data controllers when processing personal data to provide you with Titan Data Plans.

When you enroll an individual into Titan, we will share your Titan User’s country of residency with 1GLOBAL to allow it to calculate sales tax, as well as information on the Data Plan they have activated. When addressing your customer support requests, we may share information relating to your request with 1GLOBAL. We may also share additional identity verification related data where 1GLOBAL is required to share such information with a law enforcement authority to meet their legal obligations. 1GLOBAL will become an independent controller of this data.

Revolut will process all personal data obtained as a result of your use of the Titan Data Plans in compliance with the Customer Privacy Notice. Please refer to the Terms of Service for information on 1GLOBAL’s Privacy Policy which provides information on Titan User’s personal data processing carried out by 1GLOBAL.


7. Making a complaint about your eSIM Data Plan

You can raise any complaints or feedback relating to your experience with the Titan Data Plans via in-app Support.

Where the complaint relates to 1GLOBAL’s services under their Terms of Service, for example availability or disruption of service, we may liaise with or pass the complaint to 1GLOBAL regarding the resolution as this will be deemed a complaint against them. Revolut isn’t liable for any disputes or claims that may occur between you and 1GLOBAL.


8. Ending this Agreement

If we or you end a Titan User’s access to Titan for any reason, the Titan User will no longer be able to install, activate or use an active eSIM Data Plan. No refunds or credit will be provided for any unused portion of a Titan Data Plan.


9. Legal bits and pieces

English law applies

The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms of Use.


Taking action against us

If you want to take action against 1GLOBAL, please refer to the Terms of Service for information on your rights. Revolut isn’t liable for any disputes or claims that may occur between you and 1GLOBAL.

If you want to bring a claim against us in the courts, the courts of England and Wales will be able to deal with any questions relating to these Terms of Use.


Amendment to these Terms of Use

We can amend these Terms of Use by providing one month's notice where we are making changes to our service or to comply with changes in law, regulation or related guidance. If you don’t accept the change, you may terminate your active Titan subscriptions. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period. We may sometimes make changes immediately where the change is exclusively for your benefit, purely administrative in nature with no negative effect to you, or is directly imposed by law.
