This page sets out the fees that apply to your Revolut Pro Account for our payment processing services.

The fees applicable to your Revolut Pro Account for our payment processing services form part of your agreement with us, alongside our Group Framework Terms, Personal Terms, and Personal Fees Page.

If you use our payment processing product, the following fees will apply (we call them the Revolut Pro Payment Processing Fees). Our fees for online payments include a percentage fee and a fixed fee. For more information, including how we blend fees, see our Payment Processing Services Agreement.

Merchant Chargeback Fees

If a customer disputes a transaction and initiates a chargeback (e.g. for suspected fraud or non-delivery), the full transaction amount may be refunded, and you may be charged a chargeback fee.

The chargeback fee depends on the currency of the original transaction, as set out below.

You may be able to challenge a chargeback by providing evidence that the transaction was legitimate and that you delivered the goods or services as agreed with the customer. If the chargeback is reversed by the issuer bank, the chargeback fee will also be refunded to your Revolut Pro account.
