What is the Promotion about?
As part of this the Upgrade to Metal for a Prismatic Card promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering existing Revolut Personal customers on the Standard Plan residing in United Kingdom the opportunity to receive a black Prismatic limited edition card for free (the “Free Card”) when they upgrade to Revolut’s Metal plan on the annual billing cycle. The Free Card is usually priced at £49.99. There is no delivery fee.
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms and the Paid Plan Terms at all times when participating in the Promotion.
How do I get my Free Card?
To be eligible for this Promotion you must:
- have a residential address in the United Kingdom,
- be at least 18 years old,
- have a Revolut Personal account with no restrictions,
- be subscribed to the Standard Plan, and
- receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion via email, SMS, in-app message or a push notification (the “Promotion Invitation”).
To get your Free Card, you must upgrade your Standard Plan to Revolut’s Metal plan on the annual billing cycle within the time period set out in the Promotion Invitation (the “Promotion Period) and maintain that subscription for at least 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
You’ll receive your Free Card at your registered address with us within 30 business days after you have upgraded.
Normal cancellation rules will apply to your new Metal plan subscription. Depending on which Revolut group entity provides you with your Personal account, a fee for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription may apply or your subscription may have a minimum term during which you cannot downgrade. Please read section 11 ‘Fees for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription’ in the Paid Plan Terms for more information.
What other legal information should I know?
- We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an Individual or Promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through the Revolut app or via email (if you have your email preferences turned on). Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Please contact Support in the Revolut app or email support@ravolut.com if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of a change, early suspension or termination.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an external event outside of its control which implies that we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. The above provisions do not in any way exclude Revolut's liability under the generally applicable provisions of your local law.
- If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to award you the Free Card or between the time of qualifying for the Free Card and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
- We may decide not to grant you the Free Card if we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant, your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account. We may decide to reverse the Free Card if you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account. We will consider the reversal of any Free Card to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.

English law applies to the Promotion and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in respect of any disputes which arise between us in relation to the Promotion.
