Revolut x NBA London Game 2026 Giveaway Promotion

What is this Promotion about?

Revolut is offering its new Personal customers residing in the United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, France, Germany, Ireland, and Spain (the Eligible Countries) the opportunity to take part in the Revolut x NBA London Game 2026 Giveaway Promotion (the Promotion).

The Promotion allows Eligible Participants to:

  • sign up to Revolut for the first time, follow the required steps, and receive £20 (or currency equivalent) credited to their account (the New Customer Offer); and
  • be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win 2x tickets to the NBA London Game 2026 (the cost of each individual ticket is £500-600/ €566-€680) and £1,000/€1,133 (together, the Prize).

The following promotion periods apply:

  • New Customer Offer Promotion Period: to receive the New Customer Offer, you must be eligible and complete the required steps between 1 December 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 19 February 2026 (23.59 UTC).
  • Prize Promotion Period: to be entered in the draw for the Prize, you must be eligible and complete the required steps between 1 December 2025 (00:00 UTC) and 28 December 2025 (23.59 UTC).

    These terms and conditions (the Promotion Terms) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms and the Personal terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

To be eligible for this Promotion you must:

  • have a residential address in an Eligible Country;
  • not have or have previously held a Revolut Personal account with any Revolut group entity; and
  • be at least 18 years old.

How do I earn the New Customer Offer?

To earn the New Customer Offer you must follow the below required steps:

  • Click on the Promotion unique link provided on the NBA’s website, app, or social media, and as provided by the NBA’s affiliates primarily through banners on their websites, or on any other marketing promotion (including influencers social media channels);
  • Successfully open a Revolut Personal account through that link; and
  • Complete a first genuine card transaction of at least £20 (or currency equivalent).

If you sign up using the normal account opening process in our app, you will not be able to take part in the Promotion and you’ll not be eligible to receive the New Customer Offer.

Your first card payment can be made using a physical or virtual Revolut card linked to your Revolut Personal account. It must be a genuine purchase (for example, transactions to payment service providers, other bank accounts and e-wallets will not be genuine).

The Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account will credit the New Customer Offer to the main balance of your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days of the required card payment successfully completing.

How do I enter the prize draw?

Within 2 business days after the end of the Prize Promotion Period, we will include the Revolut usernames of all eligible participants who have completed the steps to earn the New Customer Offer, in the prize draw, and we will randomly select one winner for the Prize.

If you are the winner, we will notify you via email (to the email address registered to your Personal account). You will have 48 hours from the time we initially reach out to you to accept the Prize. If you do not respond within this time, we will randomly select another eligible participant from the prize draw to be the winner.

If we contact you to tell you have won but within 48 hours of contacting you we realise that you no longer meet the criteria to be considered an eligible participant, we will be unable to award you with the Prize, and we will randomly select another eligible participant from the prize draw to be the winner.

Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are final and binding.

What other legal information should I know?

1. NBA in these Promotion Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).

2. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to reasonably unforeseeable circumstances that are outside of our control and that may make it impossible for us to offer the Prize with the NBA or their affiliates. We may suspend or end the Promotion on an individual or Promotion-wide basis.

3. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period/s, we will give you notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to the Promotion will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of a reasonably unforeseeable event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. Please contact Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.

4. We may decide not to grant you the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to send it to you:

  • we become aware you are not or no longer an eligible participant;
  • your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted;
  • you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or
  • you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.

5. We may refuse to award you or may reverse the New Customer Offer (we will consider the reversal to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you) if any of the following applies:

  • the relevant card payment was unsuccessful and/or was cancelled or reverted
  • your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted during the New Customer Offer Promotion Period; and/or
  • you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception).

6. Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA Games 2026. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to these partners.

7. Employees of NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.

8. These Promotion Terms are published in English. In legal matters, the English version applies unless the local language version prevails. If your local language prevails, we will let you know in the entity table below.

9. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents are not liable for and will be held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss or damage to an eligible participant who wins tickets, or any third party, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the winning of tickets and/or participation in this Promotion.

10. If you sign up for a Revolut Personal account as part of this Promotion, Revolut will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

11. For Spanish customers: please note that any payment made under this Promotion is subject to Personal Income Tax (IRPF) as investment income subject to withholding tax (in accordance with the applicable legislation and without prejudice to the provisions established by the regional tax regimes). Upon receiving said payments, you must declare investment income in your savings tax base determined by the gross amount received, and you may deduct the tax withholding made on account from the tax liability. The total amount of the payment will be the amount communicated in the promotion unique link plus the amount of the tax we are obliged to withhold. A 19% Personal Income Tax (IRPF) withholding tax is applied to this amount, which results in the net amount paid.

This Promotion is organised and offered to you by the Revolut group entity that provides you with your Personal account. If you have a complaint about this Promotion, you can raise it directly with them. Please see below for the registered addresses of each Revolut group entity, prevailing languages, the relevant laws and the courts that have jurisdiction to determine any dispute you may have in relation to this Promotion. You can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

You can withdraw from this promotion free of charge and without having to indicate any reason within the first 14 days of participating by letting us know through the Revolut app or by emailing us at support@ravolut.com (withdrawal form), provided that the promotion is not yet fully executed or has not ended.
