What is this promotion about?
What: Revolut is offering new and existing customers the chance to play on our Gameball Machine for the opportunity to win a prize (the Prize) by using a promotional token provided by a Brand Ambassador.
Who: attendees of the NBA London Game at the O2 Arena.
When: 16 - 18 January 2026 only (the Promotion Period).
These terms and conditions (the Terms) set out the rules that apply to this promotion. You must comply with these Terms and the Personal Terms to participate in this promotion.
The Prizes available are:
- 10% NBA League Pass Premium vouchers,
- 15% off official NBA merchandise vouchers, and
- 2x tickets to the NBA Regular Game in the US, as well as $1,000.
Eligibility and required steps
To participate in this promotion, you must:
- have a residential address in the United Kingdom,
- be an existing Revolut Personal customer with an active, unrestricted account,
- be at least 18 years old, and
- visit the Revolut Booth at either the NBA London Game on the 18th January 2026 at the O2 Arena: Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX during the opening and game hours (12:00 GMT - 21:00) or visit the NBA House between 16 - 18 January at Magazine London, 11 Ordnance Cres, London SE10 0JH between 12:00 and 18:00.
The required steps are:
- Visit the Revolut booth at the specified locations and times.
- Request a promotional token: Show a Revolut Brand Ambassador at the booth your Revtag or Revolut Card to receive a promotional token. Only Revolut customers will receive a promotional token to play on the Gameball machine.
- Play on the Gameball Machine: Insert your promotional token into the machine and twist the dial to release a prize ball.
- Reveal and claim your prize: Open the prize ball to see which Prize you have won and follow the instructions provided in the prize ball to claim it.
You must be able to show proof of age and residency to NBA or Revolut officials on request. If you are not a Revolut customer you will not be given a promotional token and cannot play on the Gameball machine. All participants will be asked to accept these Terms before being allowed to participate in the promotion.
How does the winner get their Prize?
If you are the winner the Prize will be credited to your Revolut Personal account within 10 business days from the day of the competition. A brand ambassador will collect your contact details, including your Revolut username (RevTag), and Revolut will contact you by the email address associated with your Revolut account.
If the incorrect RevTag is provided, and we send the Prize to an incorrect Revolut Personal account, you will no longer be entitled to receive the Prize and will not be entitled to compensation.
Our decisions on how to run and manage the Promotion, including the selection of the winner, are binding.
What other legal information should I know?
- The promotion is organised and offered by Revolut Ltd. whose registered address is 30 South Colonnade, London, E14 5HX. If you have a question about the promotion (other than a complaint), please raise it directly with Revolut Ltd. by writing to the following email address: support@ravolut.com.
- NBA in these Terms refers to NBA Properties Inc., the National Basketball Association (the NBA), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the NBA Entities).
- We may change, suspend or end the promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if, in our reasonable opinion, the promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation. We may do this on an individual or promotion-wide basis.
- If we need to change, suspend or end the promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the promotion was announced and, where possible, we will try to give Revolut customers notice through the app and/or email. Any changes to these Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated in the promotion.
- Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an unforeseen event outside of its control which means we are unable to continue running the promotion as planned. Please contact Revolut Support if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of early suspension or termination.
- We may decide not to credit your Revolut Personal account with the Prize if any of the following applies before we are due to credit your account: a. we become aware you are no longer (or never were) eligible to participate; b. your Revolut Personal account is or becomes suspended or restricted; c. you engage in fraud or material abuse of this promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception); and/or d. you breach these Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account.
- Please ensure you are aware of the Terms of Use of the NBA London Game 2026. Revolut will not be responsible for any issues, queries or claims that you may have in relation to the NBA Terms of Use.
- Employees of NBA Entities, including directors, contractors, affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible for and cannot take part in this Promotion.
- Revolut may process your personal data as part of this promotion in accordance with the Revolut Customer Privacy Notice.
- These Terms are published in English and are governed by English law. All disputes in relation to these Terms will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
- If you are selected to be a Player, you agree that NBA Entities may take video recordings or photographs of you in connection with the promotion (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA that you do not wish to be filmed or photographed), and use such video recordings or photographs for advertising, trade purposes or for any other lawful purpose (unless you specifically tell us or the NBA otherwise). You also acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation (financial or otherwise) in respect of the NBA’s usage of such video recordings or photographs.
