Ultra Annual Billing Promotion

What is the Promotion about?

As part of this Ultra annual billing promotion (the “Promotion”), Revolut is offering existing Revolut Personal customers on the Ultra Paid Plan residing in the United Kingdom the opportunity to receive a complimentary 24-carat gold plated limited edition debit card with no delivery fee (the “Card Prize”). The Card Prize is usually priced at £79.99.

These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to the Promotion. You must comply with these Promotion Terms, the Personal Terms and the Paid Plan Terms and associated Personal Fees (Ultra) at all times when participating in the Promotion.

To receive the Card Prize, you must be an Eligible Participant and complete the Required Steps set out in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?” within the time period specified in the Promotion Invitation. We call this the “Promotion Period”.


What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?

To be considered an “Eligible Participant” for this Promotion you must:

  • have a residential address in in the United Kingdom,
  • be at least 18 years old,
  • have a Revolut Personal account with no restrictions,
  • be subscribed to the Ultra Paid Plan on a monthly billing cycle, and
  • receive an invitation to participate in the Promotion via email, SMS, in-app message or a push notification (the “Promotion Invitation”).

To receive the Card Prize, you will need to complete the following “Required Steps” before the end of the Promotion Period:

  • Switch to annual billing for your Ultra Paid Plan (Revolut app → profile icon → ‘your plan’ → ‘manage’ → tap 'save on annual' to switch to annual billing); and
  • Maintain the annual subscription for at least 14 days after the Promotion Period ends. Downgrading to the monthly plan within this period will void eligibility.


Important: The billing change from monthly to annual will be effective immediately. Your plan duration will be extended and you’ll be refunded your latest monthly fee.

Normal cancellation rules apply. Depending on which Revolut group entity provides you with your Personal account, a fee for downgrading your Paid Plan subscription may apply or your subscription may have a minimum term during which you cannot downgrade. How do I get my Card Prize?

We’ll send you the Card Prize within 30 business days of you completing the Required Step. We will use the address you have registered on your Personal account so please make sure your address is up-to-date in the Revolut app before entering the Promotion. If the Card Prize is sent to an incorrect address because your information was not updated, we will unfortunately be unable to send a replacement Card Prize to the correct address.


What other legal information should I know?

  1. We may change, suspend or end the Promotion earlier than the end date we’ve mentioned above if there are reasonable grounds to believe the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Revolut’s goodwill or reputation, or due to unforeseen circumstances which may make it impossible for us to continue running this Promotion. We may do this on an Individual or Promotion-wide basis.
  2. If we need to change, suspend or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period, we will announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced and, where possible, we will give you notice through the Revolut app or via email (if you have your email preferences turned on). Any changes to the Promotion Terms will not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion. Please contact Support in the Revolut app or email support@ravolut.com if you believe you qualify for a particular benefit in relation to the Promotion that has not been awarded to you as a result of a change, early suspension or termination.
  3. Revolut will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an external event outside of its control which implies that we are unable to continue running the Promotion as planned. The above provisions do not in any way exclude Revolut's liability under the generally applicable provisions of your local law.
  4. If you close your Revolut Personal account or your account becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to award you the Card Prize or between the time of qualifying for the Card Prize and receiving it, you will lose your entitlement to it.
  5. We may decide not to grant you the Card Prize if we become aware you are no longer an Eligible Participant, your Revolut Personal account becomes suspended or restricted and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account. We may decide to reverse the Card Prize, and therefore charge you the price of the Card Prize, if you engage in fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (for example, attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through deception) and/or you breach these Promotion Terms or the terms that apply to your Revolut Personal account. We will consider the reversal of any Card Prize to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorised by you.
  6. Revolut needs to process your personal data to perform our obligations under these Promotion Terms. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Customer Privacy Notice.
  7. These Promotion Terms are published in English. If they are translated into another language, the translation is for reference only and the English language version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail unless stated otherwise in the table below. The prevailing language version of these Promotion Terms shall be used in any legal proceedings. If, however, by law the local language should be used, the local language shall prevail.
  8. This Promotion is organised and offered to you by Revolut Ltd with a registered address at 30 South Colonnade, London E14 5HX, United Kingdom. To the extent permitted by law, these Promotion Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
